Well, it is finally here! The much anticipated first full day of summer vacation!!! Although the weather doesn't seem to know it is summer, I am glad for the time to chill and have fun with the kids - and hopefully the good weather will follow.I have been busy catching up on last summer's photos - the layout above is one of the ones I got done this week!!! It is based on a sketch by Victoria over at weScrap. Every Saturday they have a new sketch for Sketchy Saturday's. It is a great way to get some of your scrapping done, and they offer a monthly prize as additional motivation!
Here are few more layouts based on the Sketchy Saturday sketches for June. It is fun to try out different styles of scrapping for each of the sketches, too, and as an added challenge - I used stuff from my ridiculously large stash for 3 of the 4 layouts I completed! Now I can feel self righteous - at least for a few minutes!
